Job Summary

A legal services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Sales Development Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Tracking and meeting KPIs for the number of dials, emails, accounts, and leads
  • Managing the team of Business Development Representatives to help answer questions and drive sales
  • Assisting in maintaining a database of current and prospective clients and staying informed about competing services

Required Skills:

  • Have 4+ years of Inside Sales/Business Development experience
  • Be results-driven with a track record of sales success that you can speak to
  • Ability to work through highly detailed processes at an efficient pace, stay organized, and flexible
  • Be able to effectively prioritize among competing tasks and overall good time management skills
  • Proficient with using technology and cloud-based applications
  • Able to work with a fast-paced and quickly growing tech start-up
