Job Summary
A visual discovery engine is filling a position for a Remote Business Sales Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own weekly reporting cadence to org lead and appropriate hiring managers
- Own D-2 and hiring manager relationships; drives recruiting strategy through consistent and clear communication
- Lead hiring efforts for all level of roles
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proven and practical experience leading initiatives and managing full cycle recruitment within an agile recruiting environment
- Experience working across different business orgs both domestically and internationally
- Experience leading and owning Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Self-starting, scrappy and resourceful work ethic with ability to escalate
