Job Summary

A business services company has an open position for a Remote Business Services Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Calmly attempts to resolve issues, while providing great customer service
  • Talks to customers over the phone, email, or chat to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Maintains and updates customer information as necessary

Required Skills:

  • Customer service experience
  • Laptop/Desktop (no older than 3 years), Intel i3 core processor or equivalent AMD Processor
  • Minimum OS Version: Internet Explorer 10.0 or higher
  • You will need to supply own USB Headset & Ethernet
  • Sound card with speakers or headset for training audio
