Job Summary
A provider of business services is in need of a Remote Business Services Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- Manage customer portfolios
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in related field, or equivalent experience in a consultative customer service environment
- 1 year of experience working in a customer service or administrative capacity
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong computer skills with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
- Ability to work independently with a minimum amount of oversight
