Job Summary

A provider of business services is in need of a Remote Business Services Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Manage customer portfolios
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s in related field, or equivalent experience in a consultative customer service environment
  • 1 year of experience working in a customer service or administrative capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources
  • Ability to work independently with a minimum amount of oversight
