Job Summary
A business services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Services Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Talking to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media
- Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
