Job Summary
A customer relationship management company has a current position open for a Remote Business Services Customer Service Representative in Omaha.
Must be able to:
- Talk to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
- Ability to provide feedback reports on call issues related to downtime/issues
- Ability to escalate calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
- Ability to maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Ability to upsell to customers as necessary
