A business services company has an open position for a Remote Business Services Customer Service Representative in San Antonio.
Must be able to:
- Talk to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media
- Maintain and updates customer information as necessary
- Escalate calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- You could train on site and then work from home
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
