Job Summary
A business services and solutions company is seeking a Remote Business Services Customer Service Representative in Tampa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Entering and processing accurate and timely orders
- Ensuring accurate entry through knowledge of client’s items/policies
- Reconciling orders by matching invoices with orders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent job-related experience in Customer Service
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Excellent customer service orientation
