Job Summary
A business services provider is in need of a Remote Business Services Sales and Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet
- Provide customer service support
- Provide resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of customer service experience
- One year of sales experience
- Computer/Internet savvy,
- Must meet home office requirements listed by company
- 7 days/week availability
