A business services company is filling a position for a Remote Business Services Technical Support Customer Agent.

  • Supporting multiple clients to resolve their customer service needs
  • Handling inbound calls, emails, or chat for multiple accounts
  • Gathering and verifying the caller's information and document inside the appropriate system
