Job Summary
An agriculture company has a current position open for a Remote Business Software Business Integration Analyst II in Blair.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and recommend improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures
- Review, analyze and prioritize incoming incident tickets and/or user requests
- Perform programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Salesforce.com administrator or Salesforce business analyst
- Demonstrated history of successfully driving projects to completion
- Salesforce.com Admin Certified or ability to get certified within first 3 months on job
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information
