Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Software Specialty Product Support Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing strong relationships and alignment with our internal partners
- Driving the establishment and refinement of the company's Software Services process methodology and best practices
- Generating operational metrics to communicate and manage the performance of the production team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years in a management role
