A technology company is seeking a Remote Business Solutions Benefits Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Administer, implement, and analyze various benefits programs
- Serve as a liaison between vendors, consultants and associates
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education or experience
- Minimum of 3 years of increasingly responsible experience in benefits administration
- Knowledge and ability to research updates impacting benefits, leaves of absence, and retirement programs
