Job Summary
An asset management and business processing solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Business Solutions Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing fast-paced inbound and outbound calls and performing data entry
- Providing prompt and accurate information to customers in a courteous and professional manner
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must reside within 1-1.5 hours of Brooklyn, NY or other UPS Customer Center for computer equipment pick up
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be bilingual (fluent in both Mandarin and English)
- Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration
- Excellent PC and internet navigation skills
