A provider of solutions for improving business performance has an open position for a Remote Business Solutions Customer Success Leader.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Owning the relationship strategy with key stakeholders across key accounts
  • Being a value consultant and mentor/leader to other value consultants
  • Defining and executing renewal strategies and growth strategies with key accounts
