A provider of solutions for improving business performance has an open position for a Remote Business Solutions Customer Success Leader.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning the relationship strategy with key stakeholders across key accounts
- Being a value consultant and mentor/leader to other value consultants
- Defining and executing renewal strategies and growth strategies with key accounts
