Job Summary
A business solutions company has an open position for a Remote Business Solutions Sales Enablement Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy
- Implementing and managing a coaching program
- Defining and implementing a sales enablement roadmap
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to lead the organization and execution of offsite Revenue team meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics or other related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement or sales operations
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in B2B sales enablement
- Experience training & coaching a sales team
- Experience and proven track record of applying the Challenger Sale Methodology
