Job Summary

A business solutions company has an open position for a Remote Business Solutions Sales Enablement Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy
  • Implementing and managing a coaching program
  • Defining and implementing a sales enablement roadmap

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Able to lead the organization and execution of offsite Revenue team meetings
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics or other related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement or sales operations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in B2B sales enablement
  • Experience training & coaching a sales team
  • Experience and proven track record of applying the Challenger Sale Methodology
