Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency has an open position for a Remote Business Support Analyst Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct analysis and evaluation of business data to identify solutions to moderate to complex business problems
- Work to ensure operational processes are integrated and effective across the organization
- Implement business strategy and goals through the collection, analysis, review, reporting, documentation and communication of business needs and requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- 8 or more years of related experience and accountability for complex tasks and/or projects required
- Subject-matter-expert knowledge of the function/discipline and demonstrated application of knowledge, skills and abilities towards work products required
- Subject-matter-expert level of business acumen in the areas of the business operations, industry practices and emerging trends required
