Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency has an open position for a Remote Business Support Analyst Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and managing existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role
- Following written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities
- Providing support and direction to team members and functional partners with identifying and solving identified opportunities
Position Requirements Include:
- 8 years of experience in end-to-end analysis and/or operations experience
- Knowledge of business operations and systems/business requirements processes
- Knowledge of business analysis tools for ex: MS Visio MS Excel, Tableau, SQL
- Bachelor's Degree OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- Experience facilitating and driving collaboration to common understanding of business requirements
- Experience applying best practices to identifying and interpreting trends or patterns in data to develop recommendations to improve business operations
