A banking and financial services firm has a current position open for a Remote Business Support Manager Process Analysis.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and developing solutions for complex issues
- Working directly with Project Manager and Business Subject Matter Experts to analyze business needs
- Concurrently managing a variety of initiatives focused on continual process improvement
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to communicate with all levels in the organization
- Expert use of Word, Excel, Sharepoint and comfort level working with new computer programs
- Very proficient content creator, reviewer and editor
- Ability to multi-task and great attention to details
- Excellent interviewing and analysis skills
