A digital consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Support Specialist in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Contributing to designing processes for providing localization in new tools and platforms
  • Maintaining localization tooling and ensure connectors are working properly
  • Implementing workflow automation to increase translation turnaround efficiency

Required Skills:

  • Over 2 years of experience working with Localization teams
  • Experience with business process improvements, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience localizing content in various CMS, LMS, and DTP tools
  • Passion for relating to technical audiences and making sophisticated concepts simple to understand for users
  • Experience with scripting in languages such as Python and JavaScript
  • Understanding code to diagnose technical localization issues
