  • Troubleshooting network requests
  • Pulling and reviewing transaction logs and HL7 records
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing complex issues

Required Skills:

  • Experience with HL7 specifications
  • 2+ years of network troubleshooting experience
  • Lab or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) background
  • Strong knowledge of internet communications and coding protocols
  • Experience with different communication types (VPN, API, SFTP)
