Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Business Systems Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Researchs new product ideas or enhancements to existing products
  • Answers technical questions related to the product
  • Simulates or recreates customer problems to resolve user operating difficulties

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must show a demonstrated work history of learning technical software applications
  • Minimum of five years work-related experience
  • Perform repeatable technical product implementations
  • Must be able to make decisions, resolve problems using experience and professional judgment
  • Have a good working knowledge of Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows servers, including hardware and software
