A global government services company is seeking a Remote Business Systems Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining daily business systems and implementing system changes
- Collecting organizational data to improve systems and processes
- Troubleshooting business systems issues as necessary and escalating items appropriately
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems, or related and 3 years' related experience; or equivalent
- Previous analyst experience
- Progressive technical experience and know-how
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving both user and system related issues
- Experience specifically with IFS and/or UKG Software
