Job Summary
A community-focused real estate and infrastructure owner, operator is seeking a Remote Business Systems Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary business analyst and implementer for leasing applications
- Working on projects including data alignment and interfaces related to expansion and implementation of the property ERP solution (Yardi)
- Providing ongoing troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of leasing applications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Understanding of Project Management Methodology (PMM) fundamentals and business process analysis.
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial real estate property management, investment management or leasing
- Five or more years’ experience in a real estate, investment, or banking environment
- Three years of experience with VTS, Yardi or Property Capsule
