Job Summary
An internet technology company is in need of a Remote Business Systems Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating and maintaining detailed business documentation
- Administering Salesforce, LMS, Gainsight, Outreach & other tools
- Recommending Salesforce best practice solutions
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience
- BA/BS Degree, advanced degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Strong experience administering the Customer Experience technology stack
- Must have hands-on experience on Sales Cloud
- Knowledge of other tools in LMS
- Experience in driving system implementation
