Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Architecting and designing functional solutions and processes
- Developing business solutions applying wider knowledge across the entire Sales lifecycle
- Documenting functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in CS, MBA or Equivalent
- Solid understanding of CRM/PRM capabilities and functional areas
- Excellent business engagement. presentation and communication skills
- Experience in working with global teams for enterprise scale business environments
- Strong business acumen, superb knowledge of business processes and CRM best practice required
- Exposure to subscription based selling motions through direct and indirect channels
