Job Summary

A software as a service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Systems Analyst II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Review/Triage all inbound work requests/incidents for supported application(s)/process(es) via ServiceNow
• Maintain user roles and profiles, passwords, security settings, sharing rules, etc. for supported application
• Manage objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and automations for supported application

Qualifications Include:

• 1-2 years’ experience supporting SaaS Business Systems
• Experience supporting one or more business processes and related systems
• Excellent oral and written communication/documentation skills
• Proven track record in driving results
• Ability to work independently to delivery expected results and in collaborative teams
• Shows tenacity in resolving technical problems and attaining business objectives
