A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Business Systems Analyst II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring, evaluating and resolving user and application support requests
- Managing support activities and incident management for supported applications
- Participating in project efforts and provide subject matter and application expertise
