Job Summary

An insurance and financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Business Systems Analyst III.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Facilitate and coordinate gathering information and requirements, along with analyzation of the information
• Evaluats effectiveness of current and to be processes and make recommendations for improvement
• Lead and review end-to-end test plans, test scripts and performs manual or automated testing

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Ability to use current and contemporary business tools and methodologies
• Ability to understand and consides the business and the technical processes and meet/exceed the desired business objectives
• Proven experience with Business Analysis techniques and tools
• Ability to maintain flexibility and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
• Exposure to continuous process improvement/operational excellence practices and change management practices
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
