Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Business Systems Analyst in Portland.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Analyzing existing business processes and information systems and recommending modifications
  • Defining project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements
  • Monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience in business analysis
  • Proficient in business case development, process improvement, and cost/benefit analysis
  • Technical skills: Very strong knowledge of MS Office Suite required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication, verbal and written skills a must
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
