Job Summary
A privately held insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Business Technology Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensure quality of product delivery
- Respond to challenging business needs related to business requirements, workflows, etc
- Identify problems associated with workflow, technology, billing, PAC, processing, etc
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of Associate's degree/Technical Information Systems degree or combination of secondary education and comparable, progressive experience
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in business analysis
- Business domain knowledge in Billing & PAC backstream systems
- Business re-engineering experience, knowledge of systems development life cycle, strong knowledge of business case development
- Knowledge of insurance operations and a strong understanding of insurance policy admin & support systems
