Job Summary

A provider of customer engagement services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business to Business Customer Experience Solutions Sales Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Negotiating and closing a sale
  • Handling objections and rebuttals during customer interactions
  • Recommending, quoting, and negotiating product knowledge with customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1 year or more of business development and/or business-to-business sales experience
  • 1 year or more experience of selling SaaS products for some programs
  • One year or more post-secondary education
  • Computer Savvy
  • Comfortable with decision making by assessing the situation and researching potential solutions
