Job Summary

An accounts receivable management company has an open position for a Remote Business to Business Financial Services Sales Development Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Assisting with introductory calls
Assisting with contact build-out and maintenance of CRM databases
Serving as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams

Skills and Requirements Include:

2-3 years of inside sales or market development experience for a technology or services company
High school diploma or equivalent
The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
Basic understanding of Windows operating system
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
