Job Summary
An accounts receivable management company has an open position for a Remote Business to Business Financial Services Sales Development Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with introductory calls
- Assisting with contact build-out and maintenance of CRM databases
- Serving as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2-3 years of inside sales or market development experience for a technology or services company
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
