A privately-held technology company is seeking a Remote Business to Business Software as a Service Customer Success Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Driving global initiatives to improve customer activation, onboarding, expansion and retention
  • Implementing measures to capture and track customer satisfaction and establish a customer-centric culture
  • Leveraging existing and additional relevant technologies for tracking key metrics across the full customer lifecycle

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • A degree from a reputable university
  • Experience in leading and driving customer facing initiatives with cross-functional teams
  • 5+ years of leadership in a senior Customer Experience/Success/Support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to stakeholders
  • Strong process/project management skills
