Job Summary

A biotechnology company is seeking a Remote Business Transformation Associate Director.

Must be able to:

Work with Business Transformation, Commercial leadership and Business Partners
Facilitate resolution of issues between departments and across functional lines
Develop communication strategy and implementation plans for organizational change management

Position Requirements Include:

BA or BS and a minimum of 8 plus years of experience in healthcare or consulting sector
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in healthcare or consulting sectors
5 plus years project management experience
Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Project or Smart Sheets
Proficiency in identifying critical paths and risks
Experience leading a team in a significant workstream, project or program
