Remote Business Transformation Associate Director
Job Summary
A biotechnology company is seeking a Remote Business Transformation Associate Director.
Must be able to:
- Work with Business Transformation, Commercial leadership and Business Partners
- Facilitate resolution of issues between departments and across functional lines
- Develop communication strategy and implementation plans for organizational change management
Position Requirements Include:
- BA or BS and a minimum of 8 plus years of experience in healthcare or consulting sector
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in healthcare or consulting sectors
- 5 plus years project management experience
- Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Project or Smart Sheets
- Proficiency in identifying critical paths and risks
- Experience leading a team in a significant workstream, project or program
