Job Summary
A business transportation solutions company is seeking a Remote Business Transportation Cars and Light Maintenance Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Triaging and responding to inquiries coming from our supplier interactive portal, email, or other internal tools
- Assisting drivers in locating appropriate repair facilities
- Using technical knowledge to effectively negotiate repairs on our client’s behalf
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of hands on automotive mechanical experience
- Communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to assist drivers in locating appropriate repair facilities
- Ability to triage and respond to inquiries coming from our supplier interactive portal, email, or other internal tools
