Job Summary
A financial technology firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Buy Side Account Manager in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Actively retaining and growing a portfolio of assigned clients to meet and surpass quarterly and annual quotas
- Driving customer engagement to establish champion users across their book of clients
- Identifying customer expansion opportunities and churn risks
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of prior account management and/or customer success experience
- Experience with data analytics and collaboration tools
- Highly proficient in communication and presentation skills
- Previously managed the renewal process for assigned portfolio of accounts to hit quota
- B.S. or B.A. in business management, finance, economics, or similar study
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a positive, “whatever it takes” attitude
