Job Summary

A financial technology firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Buy Side Account Manager in New York City.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Actively retaining and growing a portfolio of assigned clients to meet and surpass quarterly and annual quotas
  • Driving customer engagement to establish champion users across their book of clients
  • Identifying customer expansion opportunities and churn risks

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years of prior account management and/or customer success experience
  • Experience with data analytics and collaboration tools
  • Highly proficient in communication and presentation skills
  • Previously managed the renewal process for assigned portfolio of accounts to hit quota
  • B.S. or B.A. in business management, finance, economics, or similar study
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a positive, “whatever it takes” attitude
