Job Summary

A non-profit education organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Buy Side Mergers and Acquisitions Transactions Financial Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluating M&A opportunity pipeline
• Developing and validating strategic rationale for acquisition opportunities
• Identifying and assessing transaction risks

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis in a corporate development, investment banking or investing role
• Strong quantitative skills with a finance, accounting and/or related background
• Demonstrated interest in corporate finance and/or the education technology industry.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and basic accounting
