Job Summary

The Buyer Relationships Specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with real estate investors and institutional buyers for the Express Offers Program

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Working with agents to identify potential investors and institutional buyers
Speaking with potential buyers to explain the value of a partnership
Working with the Express Offers team to onboard accepted partners
Maintaining weekly communication with each buyer to monitor the relationship

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business preferred
High School Diploma/GED required
Experience:
2+ experience in finance/investment required
Thorough understanding of the real estate industry a must
Understanding of investment terms such as ARV a must
Comfort in speaking with high net worth individuals and / or large investment funds a must
High EQ a must
Ability to work well with others a must
Willingness to be a team player and help whenever needed
Comfort with technology a must
