Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote C and S Community Healthcare Plan Medical Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and interpret medical policies and procedures
  • Administer the medical management activities of the MCO
  • Lead the Utilization Management, Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel up to 25%
  • Licensed unrestricted Medical license in the state of Kentucky
  • Licensed physician; Board Certified in an ABMS or AOBMS specialty
  • 5+ years clinical practice experience
  • 2+ years Quality management experience
  • Must be a currently practicing physician
