A technology services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote C C++ Software Engineer III in Glen Allen.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with software developers to develop, lead and implement new features, changes and enhancements
  • Leading and mentoring junior developers of the team
  • Sharing knowledge and provide technical guidance to other team members within area of expertise

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software/Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer/Information Sciences or Mathematics
  • Working experience with database schema design, stored procedures and SQL scripts. using Oracle and PL/SQL
  • Expertise level of experience with C, C++ and Linux
  • Working experience of Unit, Integration, and Performance testing
  • Experience with source code control systems, merging, versioning, release and deployment
  • Agile software process
