A biotechnology company is in need of a Remote C++ Python SGE, HPC Mesos AWS Staff Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and Implementing algorithm software related to early indication of cancer
- Conducting software design reviews, communicates results
- Applying deep epigenetic knowledge to conduct end-to-end analysis of epigenetic cell data
Qualifications Include:
- M.Sc. or higher agree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistics, Biological Sciences, etc
- OR equivalent industry experience
- 5+ Years industry experience
- Experience with a programming language such as R and Python
- Deep understanding with next generation sequencing data analysis
- Experience with tools and pipelines in genomics for analysis of primary data
