Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company has an open position for a Remote Cable Industry Customer Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers
  • Educating customers about a product or service they currently have
  • Offering customers solutions through other products and services

Required Skills:

  • Work within the 2:00pm ET - 12:00am ET time frame from Sunday - Thursday
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills, basic Microsoft Office experience
