Job Summary
A real estate company is in need of a Remote CAD Analyst in Elkton.
Must be able to:
- Convert new drawings to standardized format and simplified CAD layering configuration
- Manage drawings in and out of Client's CenterStone IWMS platform thru check-out/in
- Collect data in an efficient manner and accurately record it in the predefined collection templates
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Communicate and/or interface with JLL and client's leadership at sites around the world
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize various facility management and database software tools
- Proficient computer and Advanced MS Office skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
