Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Remote Calibration Engineer in San Diego.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading investigation and resolution of technical problems
  • Managing vendors and contractors on a technical level
  • Supporting remediation efforts related to calibration

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience reviewing calibration documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Experience generating reports, adding records, updating histories AND
  • Performing data entry into a Calibration Management System
  • Working knowledge of industry guidelines: ISO-13485, ANSI-Z540 or ISO-17025
  • Experience determining calibration requirements for IM&TE
  • Good technical troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
