Job Summary

A social media company is seeking a Remote California Barred Litigation and Regulatory Director and Assistant General Counsel Member.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing strategy and actively managing litigation and claims portfolio
• Assessing and coordinating response to complex regulatory inquiries
• Meeting with and providing reports to the board / audit committee

Required Skills:

• JD required
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in California
• 10 years experience in general litigation, including user generated content litigation, IP, securities, and employment
• Significant leadership and managerial experience
• Agility and ability to quickly assess business challenges
• Ability to manage cases from inception to conclusion
