Job Summary
A non-profit organization that fights for paid family leave is seeking a Remote California Campaign Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and managing a campaign
- Leading, expanding and engaging the paid leave supporter base
- Developing and coordinating a robust program
Position Requirements Include:
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
- 5-7 years of experience in organizing, campaigning, issue advocacy, and/or political campaigns
- Experience developing creative communications and digitally savvy campaigns
- Significant work experience on issue or candidate campaign management
- Experience in effectively building and maintaining relationships with coalition partners
- An aptitude for grasping complex, key policy messages
