Job Summary

A non-profit organization that fights for paid family leave is seeking a Remote California Campaign Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and managing a campaign
  • Leading, expanding and engaging the paid leave supporter base
  • Developing and coordinating a robust program

Position Requirements Include:

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
  • 5-7 years of experience in organizing, campaigning, issue advocacy, and/or political campaigns
  • Experience developing creative communications and digitally savvy campaigns
  • Significant work experience on issue or candidate campaign management
  • Experience in effectively building and maintaining relationships with coalition partners
  • An aptitude for grasping complex, key policy messages
