Job Summary
A legal staffing company is filling a position for a Remote California Licensed Conflicts Attorney in New Haven.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide detailed reports to Practice Group Chairs, Partners In Charge, and other stakeholders
- Perform and analyze conflicts database searches with respect to prior and current clients
- Update department training materials on conflict and new business intake issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated knowledge of conflicts of interest rules under the Rule of Professional Conduct required
- Juris Doctor; licensed to practice in California
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, required
- Attention to detail, analysis and organizational skills required
- Experience with Microsoft Office is required
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines is required
