Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote California Licensed Telephonic Registered Nurse Case Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing patient education to assist with self-management
- Making outbound calls to assess members' current health status
- Identifying gaps or barriers in treatment plans
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of case management experience
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of California
- Ability to become a Certified Case Manager (CCM) within 24 months of employment if not already certified
