A provider of managed IT and business services is in need of a Remote Mental Health Billing Subject Matter Expert Consultant in Columbia.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Delivering precise functional specifications
• Providing direct interaction with clients including
• Helping build and document specifications for development

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Experience with soliciting requirements and user stories
• Expert knowledge of Short Doyle Mental Health Claims and HIPPA transaction sets
• Deep understanding of Medi-Medi, coordination of benefits, share of cost and eligibility
• 5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working closely with CA Counties that have billed Medi-Cal
• Experience with implementing Software billing systems
